16.2 Google is conducting a trademark complaint about Google`s advertising business, details of which are available under www.google.com/tm_complaint.html. 6.3 If you are aware of unauthorized use of your password or account, you agree to www.google.com/support/accounts/bin/answer.py?answer=58585 to Google immediately. 19.1 Google may, from time to time, change the terms and conditions of sale or the additional terms and conditions. When these changes are made, Google will provide a new copy of the terms and conditions of sale, www.google.com/accounts/TOS?hl=en and any additional conditions will be made available to you inside or using the relevant services. 13.3 Google may terminate its legal contract with you at any time if: 13.2 If you wish to terminate your legal contract with Google, you can do so by notifying (a) Google at any time and (b) closing your accounts for all services you use, provided That Google has provided you with this option. To the extent that the open source software license explicitly meets the terms, the open source license instead defines your agreement with Google for the corresponding open source software. 9.3 If you have obtained the explicit right to use these brand functions in a separate written agreement with Google, you agree that your use of these features is consistent with this Agreement, all applicable Terms provisions, and Google`s Occasionally Updated Brand Features Policies. 11.1 Indications. Google will notify the customer as part of the agreement by sending an email to the notification email address. The customer will notify Google by email to email@example.com. The notification is treated as received when sending the email. The customer is responsible for maintaining their notification email address throughout the life. 2.3 No personal data. The customer recognizes that Google does not need to process personal data to run the services. The customer will not grant Google access to personal data unless the parties have agreed in a separate agreement on the extent of the work and the terms of Google`s handling of that personal data.
