First Time Guests With Children
If it is your first time here and you want your child to experience either Creekkidz or Riverkidz, we want you to feel comfortable and safe. We use a check in system to create that extra level of safety. We have two Kidz Check-in stations located to the right and to the left in the lobby as you walk into the front doors. There will be a volunteer there that can answer any of your questions and help you through the check in process. They will direct you to the appropriate area of the church.
How Does Check-In Work?
Our Check-in stations open 20 minutes before the beginning of service. During check in, we will ask the basic questions like family members’ names, children’s names and birth dates, address, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, special needs). Then you will be given matching identification tags that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will wear the name part on the front or back of their shirt and you will keep the one with the security code. On your child’s tag there is the same code that will be matched when you arrive to pick up your child at his/her classroom. If you lose your matching tag, please go to our Check-in station and our volunteer will help you.
Safety
We do require every volunteer to have a background check if they work in any of the children's areas.
We care about any allergies that your child has so please make sure to let us know during check-in.
If for any reason your child needs you during the service, your last name and family identification code will appear on the screens in the sanctuary during the service. In the event you are needed, exit the sanctuary and seek a volunteer to direct you to the appropriate classroom of your child.
